Precision Equipment, High-Accuracy Production
The company is equipped with advanced automated high-precision oral dissolving film production lines, controlling product accuracy at the micron level. We have also introduced high-precision analytical instruments including imported Agilent HPLC and PerkinElmer atomic absorption spectrometers, raising trace element analysis accuracy to the nanogram level, ensuring precise and stable composition in every oral dissolving film.
International Certification, GMP Cleanroom Production
The production workshop is built strictly to GMP standards, providing a temperature-controlled, humidity-controlled, sterile and dust-free cleanroom environment, laying a solid foundation for high-quality production. On this basis, the company has established a sound food safety management system. It has obtained both HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certifications, with the entire production process following CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and has passed the CGMP audit by BV (Bureau Veritas), an international inspection and certification body. Additionally, the company has completed U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) registration, with production facilities and quality management systems subject to oversight in accordance with relevant international standards. The workshop features transparent observation windows, proactively opening the production process to public supervision, giving consumers confidence and peace of mind.

Supported by a strong R&D team, Jinglong Biotechnology has established close strategic partnerships with the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Peking University, the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Tsinghua University, the Institute of Materia Medica of Peking Union Medical College & Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and the Lanzhou Institute of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It has also been designated as the “Pilot Research Base for Pet Oral Dissolving Film Technology of the National Center for New Drug Development.”
