A Special Delivery of Compassion

In September, the summer heat still lingered in Wuhan around the autumnal equinox. Wuhan Jinglong Biology, filled with love and responsibility, entered the Jiangxia Pet Shelter. We brought not only hundreds of kilograms of pet food and donations but also a promise to life.

As a pet food company, we deeply understand—beyond producing quality products, we must protect the furry friends in need. We believe a company's value lies not in taking, but in giving back. Establishing a long-term support relationship with the Jiangxia Shelter is our way of fulfilling social responsibility and paying tribute to the equality of all life.

First Glimpse: Simplicity with Profound Meaning

Winding through rural paths, we arrived at this special "home." It lacked luxurious facilities or spacious quarters, yet it housed over 400 lives that were once without a home. Led by Teacher Li, we stepped into this world built with love.

Surprisingly, despite the limited conditions, the place was clean and tidy. Dogs of all sizes lived in separate sections, each with its own name and story.

"This is Er Mao, whose leg was broken when rescued, but now he's lively and active; that's Biscuit, abandoned and has been here ever since..." Teacher Li introduced them one by one, his eyes filled with tenderness.

One Person's Perseverance, A Miracle for 400 Lives

From a few dozen to over four hundred—this isn't just a numerical increase, but a spread of love and responsibility. For years, Teacher Li, while steadfastly working in education, has devoted almost all his energy and meager income to this shelter.

He remembers every cat and dog's name and knows the stories behind them. Some were abandoned, some roamed for years, others were injured, once fearful... But under Teacher Li's care, they have relearned trust and joy.

"They just can't speak, but they understand love and pain just the same," Teacher Li said softly. These words resonated deeply within us.

The Ones Truly Healed Were Us

This public welfare trip was more than a donation for us; it was a cleansing of the soul.

We witnessed the power of persistence—one person's dedication can truly change the course of hundreds of lives. We saw the resilience of life—even after being hurt, the desire for love remains strong.

We have become even more certain of our future direction: Wuhan Jinglong Biology will continue to focus on stray animals, passing on this goodwill through material support, employee volunteer services, and other means.

We also want to appeal: Adopt, don't shop. Many dogs in the shelter are gentle and affectionate; they just lack an opportunity to be seen. Giving them a home is giving love a destination.
